What is CLEAR's Midyear Meeting?
Each year in January, CLEAR's committees and Board of Directors meet to conduct the business of the association, continue work on current projects and plan for the upcoming annual meeting. Session proposals are reviewed and the first draft of the 2008 conference program will be finalized while in Charleston.

Who Should Attend?
CLEAR's committee members should plan on attending the meeting, while other members of the association are welcome to participate. Signing up for a committee can be accomplished by completing this form.

What are the Costs Involved in Attending?
There are no registration fees for the meeting. Attendees are simply responsible for travel and hotel costs. Attendees are invited to register for the meeting to assist with logistical arrangements.

Meeting Site
The midyear meeting will be held at the historic Francis Marion Hotel located in the historic heart of the city. A discounted room rate of $115 plus applicable taxes is available by calling (843) 722-0600 or (877) 756-2121 and mentioning the CLEAR midyear meeting. This rate is guaranteed until December 17, 2007 or until the room block is sold, whichever comes first.
