This presentation will include examples of the use of technology as a time savings process for the Enforcement Division at Virginia’s Department of Health Professions. Cost saving estimates will also be provided that may assist other agencies in justifying the cost of certain technologies.
Based on the experience of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, examples will be given of how to find the waste in your process and eliminate it (eight representative process wastes), engage your teams (they hold the solutions and are critical to implementation), and ask your customers how you are doing (discussion of the importance of developing internal and external customer feedback-to-improvement loops).
The Regulatory Administration information-sharing webinars offer the opportunity to gain knowledge about a particular topic and then engage in open dialogue, discussion and networking with the presenters and fellow attendees.
