Save the date for CLEAR’s 2024 Midyear Business Meeting! This is a two-day event, on January 11 - January 12, 2024, held in Tucson, Arizona.
What is CLEAR's Midyear Business Meeting?
Each year in January, CLEAR’s committees and Board of Directors meet to conduct the business of the association, continue work on current projects, and plan for the upcoming annual educational conference. Session proposals are reviewed and the first draft of the 2024 conference program will be finalized.
Who Should Attend?
CLEAR's committee members should plan on attending the meeting, while other CLEAR members are welcome to participate.

Please note- The CLEAR group rate is $215 a night plus 12.05% room tax per night of your stay. The normal daily resort service charge of $29 is complimentary for this group. Please note that it will show as $29 on your confirmation letter as well as on the total as you are finishing your reservation. This will be corrected on your final bill. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please ensure that you do so at least 3 days prior to arrival to prevent a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.
