WHO WILL ATTEND
CLEAR’s annual conference offers a wide variety of sessions designed to meet the needs of all licensing community members, including board members, administrators, agency administrators, enforcement and investigative staff. Over 500 professionals are expected to attend.

EXHIBIT LOCATION
Exhibits will be displayed at the site of CLEAR’s annual conference: Bally's Las Vegas. The Exhibitor Showcase will be held in the Pacific Ballroom. CLEAR 2002 conference coffee breaks will be located in the exhibit area.

SPECIFICATIONS
All exhibit spaces are 8’ x 10’. A booth package consists of:

In addition to exhibit space, the following is offered to exhibitors at NO extra charge:

• Promotional Materials: Promotional material about each exhibitor’s organization can be included in the conference handout packets. (limited to one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet)
• Program: Exhibitors will be noted in the conference program
• Registration: Each exhibitor’s organization will be entitled to one conference registration fee waiver for each 8’ x 10’ space reserved.

DECORATOR INFORMATION
GES Exposition Services is the official exhibit service contractor for the CLEAR Annual Conference. Exhibitor service kits containing furniture rental items, electrical and miscellaneous service, shipping information will be forwarded to the exhibitor 30 days prior to the event. If there are questions regarding decorating services or shipping, please contact Nancy Kilgore with GES at (702) 641-2764.

DISPLAY REGULATIONS
Liability. The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protest, indemnify, defend and save the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation, Bally's Las Vegas, its employees and agents, harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental changes or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof.

In addition, exhibitors acknowledge that the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation and Bally's Las Vegas do not maintain insurance covering exhibitor’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by the exhibitor. Further, the exhibitor understands that the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation will provide no security measures except to see that the exhibition premises are locked daily.

Program: Participation prominently noted in the conference program with one of the following designations.

Contributor: $1,000 - $1,999

Sponsor: $2,000 - $7,499

Patron: $7,500 and above

Sign: If your organization sponsors a specific event or activity, a sign indicating sponsorship will be prominently displayed during the event.

Promotion: Promotional materials for sponsor and patrons will be included in conference handout packets and recognition given on CLEAR’s web site - www.clearhq.org.

Registration: For each $1,000 donated, your organization is entitled to one conference registration fee waiver for officers and employees.
