Registration
Registration includes all coffee breaks, a pre-dinner reception on July 2 and lunch on July 3. Registration for CLEAR members is available at a reduced rate of €225/US$315*, while all others will pay €250/US$350*. Pre-registration will close on June 24, after which on-site registration will be available at a rate of €275/US$385* (members) and €300/$US420* (others).
 Registrant substitutions are always welcome. Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail to rbrown@clearhq.org) by June 3, 2009 to receive a full refund. After that date a service charge of €70/US$99 will be subtracted from refunds. Cancellations received after the opening session are subject to the full registration fee.

Membership
CLEAR membership is open to regulatory stakeholders, including government agencies and legislated (publicly mandated) organizations, related associations, and individual employees concerned with professional and occupational regulation. National and provincial professional associations, and vendors who supply goods and services to regulatory agencies/organizations are also eligible, in the associate member category.
