Fast-growing association seeks individual with entrepreneurial spirit to manage high-stakes certification program.  Responsibilities include managing the testing service vendor, supervising three staff, serving as primary liaison with exam volunteer groups, developing communication vehicles, interacting with stakeholder groups, and managing the examination and recertification processes.  Excellent program management skills, good attention to detail, ability to establish priorities and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, and strong market orientation are necessary.  Experience with certification preferred but not necessary.  Working knowledge of Word, Excel and database software required.  Excellent benefits, opportunities for ongoing professional development and potential for advancement.  Grow with us!  Convenient DC location, near Foggy Bottom metro.
