Conference Flyer is Now Available to View
CLEAR's 2003
Conference entitled Pushing the Boundaries of Regulation is now
just months away. A copy of the flyer is
now available, which details the conference sessions, workshops,
training events and information about Toronto. Copies will shortly be
arriving by mail but you can get an early glimpse at the preparations
for the meeting.
New NCIT Programs Announced!
We are pleased
to announce that CLEAR's ever-popular NCIT programs will be taking
place at the following dates and locations:
June 30-July 2, 2003:
Austin, Texas
Basic and Specialized Program
September 8-10,
2003: Toronto,
Ontario
Basic and Specialized Program

Changes
to CLEAR's Web Site as Members-only Areas Announced
Access to newly
published CLEAR material, including conference presentations and
handouts will be limited to members following the introduction of
member-only areas of the web site. Those wanting to see new
publications, committee lists and information, policies, job vacancies
and other material will be asked to provide a user name and password.
This information is being distributed to members as membership dues
are received.

Program Now Accepting Nominations
CLEAR's 2003 awards
program is now getting underway with submissions welcomed in the
following categories:

Achievement Award
- CLEAR Program Award

CLEAR Service Award
Recipients
of the 2003 program will be presented with their awards on Friday,
September 12 during CLEAR's annual conference in Toronto. Further
information about the awards program is available, and you can
also contact Adam Parfitt with any questions. He can be reached by

The closing date for submissions is May 30, 2003.

information that exists within this organization.

do Board members and others have about testing practices? Have you been
in a tight situation and needed a response with psychometric
explanation? Are you faced with new testing challenges? CLEAR is ready
to help. You are invited to submit your questions to be discussed at
the annual September meeting. Questions and responses will also appear
