Executive Leadership Program for Regulators Tailored Program: June 19-20, 2008

The Executive Leadership Program for Regulators is a comprehensive workshop covering a broad array of topics.  We discuss issues and problems associated with:

• Regulatory Leadership
• Organizational Culture and Change
• Creating a Positive Public Relations Image
• Creating Appropriate Relationships with the Stakeholders
• Mastering the Art of Negotiation

Attendees will take part in various role-playing activities, scenarios, and group discussion.  In the course materials, attendees will find several valuable worksheets and checklists that they can take away and apply in their organizations.  The course content is directly relevant to those in a regulatory leadership position at any level.  Instructors tailor the program to the specific needs of those participating.
