CLEAR Requests for Proposals for 2003 Conference Sessions
It is time to submit program proposals for CLEAR's 2003 annual conference. The theme of the conference is Pushing the Boundaries of Regulation and the meeting will take place in Toronto, September 11-13, 2003. 

A Program Submission Form is available which includes details of the request from the program committee that proposed sessions relate to the theme, fit into one of the three programming tracks and, if at all possible, carry at least one of the issue threads which are listed below:

The form can be completed and sent to CLEAR by December 23, 2002 or brought to the meeting of the Program Committee in New Orleans on January 9, 2003. 

CLEAR Mid-Year Returns to the Big Easy
From January 9-11, 2003 CLEAR will be in New Orleans for its mid-year business meetings. This is an opportunity for CLEAR's committees to meet in-person and continue the work of the association. If you have not yet signed up for a committee, a sign up form is available. A complete agenda for the committee meetings is available and the site for the meetings will once again be the historic Le Pavillon hotel, a favorite of many CLEAR members. 

But hurry - the cut-off date for reservations is December 20, 2002! To make your room reservation, please call Le Pavillon at (504) 581-3111. 

2002 Session Presentations Now Available Online
Many of CLEAR's 2002 conference session presentations are now available online. To view the material you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader and Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer, both of which can be downloaded free of charge by clicking on the preceding links. 

CLEAR continues to accept session presentations for inclusion on the page and thanks all those presenters who have provided their material. Additional submissions can be sent to Adam Parfitt. 

CLEAR NCIT Program Announced in Salt Lake City
CLEAR's ever-popular Specialized NCIT program will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah from March 17-19, 2003. Attending the program costs $425 for the three days of intensive training. Further information is available about all of CLEAR's current NCIT offerings or you can register now.
