A message regarding COVID-19:

CLEAR is closely monitoring the current outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The Introduction to Regulatory Governance Program will be held in Seattle, Washington - September 23, 2020.  This program is in conjunction with CLEAR's Annual Educational Conference.

Registrant substitutions are welcome. Cancellations must be received in writing by August 07, 2020 to receive a full refund. After that date, a $95 US service charge will be subtracted from refunds. Cancellations received after September 04, 2020 are subject to the full registration fee. No refunds will be given after September 04, 2020.
