Recorded Access to the Winter Symposium Program
The COVID-19 pandemic and resulting mandates and restrictions have highlighted existing conversations about access and inclusion in the regulatory community and more broadly. Relaxed or suspended entry to practice and continuing competency criteria have led some to question if these were necessary in the first place and raised questions about when, how, and if pre-pandemic policies should be reinstated. The increased reliance on remote and virtual technologies for everything from testing to disciplinary hearings has spurred conversations regarding differential access to technology, concerns about privacy, and overall fairness in these processes.
Further, the renewed focus on DEI training and policies has generated a genuine interest in how to move beyond discussions and effectively put these concepts into practice.
The 2022 Winter Symposium will focus on the practical implementation side of these ongoing conversations, providing regulators with examples of successful measures taken by regulatory bodies to increase access and inclusion and practical skills and plans of actions they can take back to their own organizations.

Non-members can register at the rate of $179.00 USD for the first attendee and $125.00 USD for additional attendees from the same organization.
