What is CLEAR's Midyear Business Meeting?

Each year in January, CLEAR’s committees and Board of Directors meet to conduct the business of the association, continue work on current projects and plan for the upcoming annual educational conference. Session proposals are reviewed and the first draft of the 2023 conference program will be finalized.

Who Should Attend?

CLEAR's committee members should plan on attending the meeting, while other CLEAR members are welcome to participate.

What are the Costs Involved in Attending?

There are no registration fees for the meeting. Attendees are simply responsible for travel and hotel costs. Attendees are asked to register for the meeting to assist with logistical arrangements.
