Evaluation criteria include:
- Contribution impact - judged on the scope and impact of fulfillment of the goals and objectives of CLEAR's NCIT Program
- Professional attributes - Achievement Orientation: a concern for surpassing a standard of excellence; Strategic Orientation: the ability to develop strategies that improve the long-term success and viability of CLEAR's NCIT Program; Personal Honesty and Integrity: develops and maintains a positive attitude and straightforward and honest personal relationships including truthfulness and credibility about knowledge and experience; Professional and Ethical Behavior: consistently operates within the letter and spirit of the CLEAR NCIT Program regarding doing what is right and what is required to further the Program's mission; Leadership: the ability to lead others in a team to meet or surpass the Program's goals and objectives
