Our association values a culture of inclusion in which all members of the stakeholder community are accepted, respected and embraced. CLEAR is mindful of all aspects of human difference, such as socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, language, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, geography, differing abilities and age.

CLEAR will integrate its diversity, equity and inclusion focus into its strategic decision-making process and into the operations of the organization. CLEAR recognizes the shared responsibility of ensuring equity, inclusion and diversity are reflected in our values and culture.


The organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion statement will be reviewed at least annually, to ensure it continues to reflect CLEAR’s values and aspirations and meets the needs of the stakeholder community it serves.
