CLEARinghouse Chats - Virtual Collaboration for the Regulatory Community

These sessions are open only to CLEAR members, giving you a space to collaborate and stay connected and an opportunity to discuss timely and relevant regulatory topics.

This Chat session will focus on demonstrating regulatory effectiveness.

To start the discussion, moderators will share different approaches to measuring and enhancing regulatory efficiency, such as:
•    Using performance measurement to create meaningful metrics aligned with strategic goals,
•    How the sunset review process can enhance regulatory effectiveness, and
•    Measuring the effect of remote work on staff efficiency.

Then, we’ll invite open discussion and sharing among the group. Breakout rooms are moderated by members of CLEAR's Regulatory Agency Administration committee. Participants are encouraged to turn on webcams/microphones and share information about what is happening in your jurisdictions.
