The Skills for the Regulatory Administrator - Staffing a Board program provides executive and senior regulatory staff with the opportunity to learn from leaders in professional and occupational regulation and each other. This course will focus on the skills needed to effectively provide staff support to regulatory boards and councils.  

The Skills for the Regulatory Administrator - Staffing a Board program contains three virtual instructor-led sessions: 

  • Characteristics of Regulatory Governance 

  • Leading a Board – The Effective Board Support 

  • Tactics for Effective Board Leadership

Who Should Attend?

This program is restricted to staff members of regulatory bodies/agencies. For questions about eligibility to register for the course, please contact Hannah Fletcher at hfletcher@clearhq.org 

Live Sessions

All instructor-led sessions will be delivered using the Zoom platform.  The welcome session on April 30, 2024, is optional; however, we strongly recommend attendees join. During this session, you will:

  • Meet your instructors and fellow attendees
  • Receive instructions for navigating the course
  • Learn about course expectations and objectives

CLEAR Cancellation Policy

Registrant substitutions are welcome. Cancellations are subject to a $95 US service charge and will be subtracted from any refunds. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the program, will be subject to the full registration fee and no refunds or credits will be given.
