Save the date for CLEAR’s 2025 Midyear Business Meeting! This is a two-day event, on January 16 - January 17, 2025, held in Savannah, Georgia.
What is CLEAR's Midyear Business Meeting?
Each year in January, CLEAR’s committees and Board of Directors meet to conduct the business of the association, continue work on current projects, and plan for the upcoming Annual Educational Conference. Session proposals are reviewed and the first draft of the 2025 conference program will be finalized.
Who Should Attend?
CLEAR's committee members should plan on attending the meeting, while other CLEAR members are welcome to participate.

Friday, January 17 - Program Subcommittee Meetings; Board of Directors Meeting
CLEAR has arranged a preferred rate of $199.00 plus tax a night. The preferred rate will be available through December 23, 2024, or until the room block is full. The rate is applicable Tuesday, January 14 - Saturday, January 18. CLEAR suggests booking your room early.
