National Certified Investigator and Inspector Training (NCIT) Programs

The National Certified Investigator and Inspector Training (NCIT) Basic and Specialized programs provide training and certification in investigation and inspection techniques and procedures. Since their inception in 1984, more than 21,000 investigators and inspectors have participated in these training programs.

These programs are offered both in-person and online to accommodate the needs of CLEAR's constituents.

In addition to our Basic and Specialized programs, CLEAR is excited to introduce an engaging, hands-on experience that takes participants through every step of a case—from complaint intake to a mock hearing. This interactive two-day program allows attendees to actively apply the skills and best practices learned in CLEAR's NCIT courses, offering a comprehensive, real-world approach to professional development.
