CLEAR is excited to introduce an engaging, hands-on experience that takes participants through every step of a case—from complaint intake to a mock hearing.

This interactive two-day program in Austin, TX allows attendees to actively apply the skills and best practices learned in CLEAR's NCIT courses, offering a comprehensive, real-world approach to professional development. Completion of the NCIT— Basic program is a prerequisite. 

Registration will open at 8:00 am on the first day - Coffee, Tea, and Pastries will be available each morning. The program will begin at 8:30 am each day. 

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Complaint Intake and Analysis: Learn how to effectively intake and analyze complaints to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Evidence Collection and Analysis: Master best practices for gathering, preserving, and analyzing evidence to build a strong case.
  • Interviewing Techniques: Practice interviewing skills to elicit accurate and complete information from witnesses and subjects.
  • Report Writing: Develop the ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive report narratives that effectively communicate findings.
  • Testifying in Administrative Proceedings: Gain the confidence and skills necessary to testify effectively in administrative hearings and other legal proceedings.

By the end of this course, you will be equipped with the applied techniques necessary to conduct thorough, fair, and legally sound investigations that contribute to the integrity and success of your regulatory organization.

  • Substitutions: Allowed at any time before the start date of the program.
  • Cancellations: Subject to a $95 USD service charge.
  • No refunds or credits for cancellations made after April 21, 2025.
  • Completion Requirement: Participants must complete the program within the 3 day program to avoid forfeiting their registration fee. Re-registration at full cost may be required otherwise.
