Proposal Review Timeline

June 29 - Reviewers receive access to their individual reviewer portals
July 17 (12noon EDT) - Review deadline 
July 20 - ICPOR Working Group Meeting 
July 21 - August 3 - Proposal notification window (staff to send notifications to proposal coordinators)

Proposal Review Portal (Pheedloop)

Your proposal review portal allows you to view all information for proposals in your track. You will see the page is divided into three columns that scroll independently:

Left column: List of proposals in your track. 

You can only view the proposals assigned to you. The counter at the top will keep track of the number of proposals you have reviewed. Use the filter feature to view proposals by track (Congress proposals only) or by review status. Be sure to scroll down in this section to view all proposals in your assigned track. Click on the proposal to populate the details in the middle column.

Scroll through this column to view all of the proposal details. If you are working on a smaller screen, you can click the carrot at the top left of this column to collapse the proposal list (left column).

Note: the Blue button in the lower right opens the Accessibility Adjustments where you can adjust the font size, increase/decrease contrast, and more.

To review a proposal:

    1. Click on the proposal title in the left column. Note: Reviewers were assigned both Research Day and International Congress proposals. Refer to the One-Pager document or the heading in the third column to determine which program a proposal was submitted for. Review the proposal details in the middle column.

    2. Complete the proposal review form in the left column. You’ll be asked if you want to review or abstain:

You'll be asked to review/rate the proposal on the following criteria:

Does the proposal (Answer Yes, No, or Unsure)

      • Proposal description is well-developed and comprehensive
      • Subject matter is relevant to CLEAR's mission
      • Subject matter is based in original research 
      • Proposal is innovative, interesting, or timely
      • Proposal includes/is relevant to international perspectives
      • Content is applicable across multiple professions
      • Content is diverse, equitable, and inclusive
      • Proposal includes clearly stated learning objectives
      • Session includes audience participation or Q&A
