Position Title: Psychometrician
Organization: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
As a Psychometrician working within the Education Standards Team, you will apply your expertise in psychometrics and assessment methodologies to develop, analyze, and refine examinations aimed at evaluating candidates' competencies in the insurance industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for using data analytic techniques to assess the security and integrity of examinations. You’ll also help shape RIBO’s exam review framework by advising on tools, technologies, and processes that support exam integrity and quality.
The role offers variety and room to shape its direction. This position touches multiple parts of the exam lifecycle, from data analysis and psychometrics to systems support and public inquiries, offering the opportunity to work across functions and contribute to evolving exam standards.
