What is CLEAR's Midyear Business Meeting?
Each year in January, CLEAR’s committees and Board of Directors meet to conduct the business of the association, continue work on current projects, and plan for the upcoming Annual Educational Conference. Session proposals are reviewed and the first draft of the 2027 conference program will be finalized.
Who Should Attend?
CLEAR's committee members should plan on attending the meeting, while other CLEAR members are welcome to participate. CLEAR's Midyear Business Meeting is held annually in tandem with the Winter Symposium (January 6).

CLEAR has secured a preferred room rate of $149+tax for our group. This rate will also waive the property's resort fee. Rooms are available Tuesday, January 5th through Thursday, January 7th, with limited availability on Friday, January 8th. The ability to extend the rate outside of the main travel dates will be at the property's discretion and based on availability at the time of booking. We strongly recommend booking your room early. A credit card will be required to make a reservation, and one night's deposit will be charged at the time of booking. If a reservation is canceled directly with the property three or more days prior to the reservation start date, the deposit will be refunded to the credit card used at booking, in full. The room rate is available until Tuesday, December 15, 2026 or until nights are sold out.
Winter Symposium
CLEAR's 2027 Winter Symposium will take place January 6, before the 2027 Midyear Business Meetings. Registration is required for this program. To register for the 2027 Winter Symposium, click below.
