CLEAR’s 46th Annual Educational Conference will be held September 14–17, 2026 in Portland, Oregon. This is the premier event for members of the international regulatory community, all united by one goal: to promote regulatory excellence.
Each year, more than 500 regulatory professionals from around the world come together for a dynamic program developed by and for members of the regulatory community. Conference content focuses on four key areas of inquiry:

Entry to Practice Standards and Continuing Competence
Testing and Examinations
Sessions include presentations, moderated panels, roundtable discussions, and posters featuring content for regulatory stakeholders of both medical and non-medical related professions.

CLEAR has arranged a preferred rate of $219.00 plus tax a night. The preferred rate will be available until August 22, 2026, or until the room block is full. The rate is applicable Saturday, September 12 – Friday, September 18. CLEAR suggests booking your room early.

CLEAR is pleased to offer several opportunities for attendees who want to make the most of their time in Portland. Information about this year's offerings will be available in March 2026.
Committee Meetings
CLEAR's committees and Board of Directors will hold their final meeting of the 2025-2026 year on Monday, September 14 ahead of the start of the Annual Educational Conference program. Committee meetings are open to all CLEAR members. The committee meeting schedule will be posted Summer 2026.
