This session will analyze recent cases in regulatory law, pulling together themes and highlighting differences between countries related to discipline, registration, and human rights issues.

Hear about new cases from the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand that provide the most recent word on issues of importance to regulators.
