Position Title: Manager, Licensure

The Manager, Licensure oversees the team responsible for licensure, including initial applications, renewal, education program review and examinations. Through their leadership, the Manager ensures licensure processes comply with applicable legislation and College policies and standard operating procedures.  The Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of licensure processes and functions, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role leads a team which has a wide range of functions in processing and assessing licensure applications and in performing licensure-related tasks, which include maintaining the Public Register, managing appropriate records of licensure files, preparing committee and panel meeting materials and logistics, assisting with committee and panel orientation, attending committee and panel meetings, and managing examinations required for licensing purposes.

It is essential for all College staff to contribute to a team approach with a public protection focus, delivering efficient services that align with and allow the College to meet its regulatory, strategic, and operational goals.
