Event Details

The Drug Diversion Investigation program provides a comprehensive overview of identifying, addressing, and preventing drug diversion in healthcare settings. Participants will learn about motives driving drug diversion, types of drugs diverted, accountability systems, methods of diversion, and impacts on individuals and society. The course covers regulatory frameworks, investigative techniques, and collaborative approaches necessary to combat drug diversion effectively. By enrolling in this program, individuals will gain valuable insights into safeguarding patient welfare, maintaining regulatory compliance, and addressing misconduct effectively, making it an essential course for investigators and regulatory authorities looking to enhance their skills in combating drug diversion. 

This virtual program offers one welcome session and two live two-hour instructor-led workshop sessions. 

As part of our commitment to sustainability, CLEAR is transitioning to a Green initiative and utilizing eBooks for all virtual CLEAR Learning programs.

Registered attendees will receive full program details and a timeline via e-mail at least one week before the event start date. This program runs over two weeks, with all sessions conducted in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

  • Substitutions: Allowed at any time before the start date of the program.
  • Cancellations: Subject to a $95 USD service charge.
  • No refunds or credits for cancellations made less than two weeks before the program start date.
  • Completion Requirement: Participants must complete the program within 30 days to avoid forfeiting their registration fee. Re-registration at full cost may be required otherwise.
