Job Posting - NCIT Trained Investigators - CLEAR Association Management Services (CAMS)
CLEAR Association Management Services (CAMS) is assembling a small pool of experienced investigators to assist in conducting investigations related to its client’s Ethical Conduct Review (ECR) process.
CAMS will coordinate a team of investigators drawn from CLEAR’s National Certified Investigator and Inspector Training (NCIT) network to assist with these matters.
Investigators selected for the pool may be asked to assist with individual complaint investigations on a contract basis. Each case would typically involve reviewing documentation, conducting interviews via Zoom, and preparing a factual investigation report using the organization's reporting template.
We are currently identifying investigators who meet the following criteria:
• Completion of CLEAR’s NCIT Basic and Specialized training
• At least five years of investigative experience
• Strong interviewing and report writing skills
• Ability to conduct neutral, fact-based investigations involving sensitive matters
• Availability to participate in interviews across time zones when needed
Investigators who participate will receive orientation to the organization’s investigative process and documentation requirements prior to assignment. CLEAR will pay investigators US$100 per hour for work on these investigations, and the time commitment will vary depending on the complexity, number of interviews required, and so on.
