Invitation to Comment on Proposed CLEAR Bylaws Revisions by July 28th

As part of CLEAR’s ongoing commitment to transparency, good governance, and member engagement, we invite you to review and comment on proposed updates to the organization’s Bylaws.

These updates reflect CLEAR’s efforts to ensure the Bylaws remain aligned with best practices, support the organization's strategic direction, and respond to the evolving needs of our international membership.

Proposed revisions focus on three areas:

  • Moving the detailed description of CLEAR’s committees to the organization’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Clarifying expectations about policy development related to CLEAR’s committees, subcommittees and working groups.
  • Creating additional flexibility for meeting format.

Your feedback is a vital part of the review process and helps ensure that the bylaws continue to serve the interests of all members.
