Law Society of Ontario annual report released

The Law Society of Ontario has released their annual report, highlighting several initiatives:

• LSO Connects communications platform for administrative transactions with LSO and public inquiries and complaints submission
• exempting sexual misconduct complaints and complaints submitted by Indigenous peoples from the written complaints process
• minimum compensation for articling to address financial barriers to entry to the profession
• development of a Family Legal Services Provider program and a Foundations of Sole Practice course
