Nevada lifts freeze on new regulations

After a January executive order prohibiting agencies, commissions, and boards from creating new regulations, a new executive order in Nevada lifts the freeze so that agencies can promulgate regulations needed based on the 2023 legislative session. The executive order also asks agencies to begin repealing or streamlining the regulations (at least 10) they had identified in response to previous executive orders.
