Vermont: waivers to aid flood recovery

In the aftermath of widespread flooding in Vermont, the governor has issued executive orders to waive requirements and issue temporary licenses to oil heat technicians, propane technicians, plumbers, and electricians under the Department of Public Safety Division of Fire Safety. The state will also so able to issue temporary licenses to out-of-state pharmacists, architects, engineers, foresters, surveyors, inspectors, contractors, water treatment designers, well drillers, and security professionals.
