Massachusetts to change teacher licensing exam

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is considering changes to a licensure exam for teachers. Changes to the communications and literacy skills test are being considered to assess ability to communicate with cultural and linguistic competence to serve a diverse population of students and families.
