Pennsylvania: concerns over new regulations for justice-impacted candidates

Legislation in Pennsylvania in December 2020 removed "good moral character" requirements for occupational licensure and requires state agencies to develop a list of specific crimes directly related to the profession that would prevent someone from obtaining a license. Concern has been raised about the lists being overly broad as to what crimes they include as well as inconsistencies among the medical professions as to what crimes are listed.
