Philippines: mobile licensure transactions project

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office I, in partnership with the local government of Alaminos City, organized a “Professionals Empowerment Day” to deliver essential PRC services directly to professionals in island and remote communities of western Pangasinan. The initiative aimed to reduce travel time, costs, and disruptions for individuals who would otherwise need to travel several hours by boat and road to access PRC offices. During the October 30 event, the PRC mobile team completed 1,158 transactions, including renewals of Professional Identification Cards, issuance of duplicates, authentications, certifications, and board verifications.
