Maryland establishes license for eyelash technicians

Th Maryland Department of Labor, Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing has established a new license for eyelash extension technicians. Licensing will establish safety standards for the growing industry but allow individuals to provide services without obtaining a full cosmetologist or aesthetician license.
