Texas: licensing reciprocity for military servicemembers

In expansion of a 2019 bill recognizing out-of-state occupational licenses for military spouses, a new bill expands the reciprocity to include servicemembers. The governor has directed state agencies to adopt administrative rules in line with the Texas bill and Congress's Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
