New research on government labor shortages

New research from the Mission Square Research Institute, the National Association of Personnel Executives, and the Public Sector HR Associations shows that state and local government HR managers more commonly reported an increase in quits and retirements over the last year. Seventeen percent of respondents said their full-time workforce has decreased over the last year.
